Take a look here.

http://www.agencyrv.com/vixen.html (not found) Every time someone sees an RV or motorhome with a BMW emblem on it there are immediate questions. Vixen made a BMW powered motor home years back. The total production was small. Vixen is alas, no longer in business but a large number of them are still in service. There were two basic models, a limo and motorhome configuration. The used ones are not cheap and do offer 22-30 mpg with the BMW 2.4 liter Turbodiesel engine. Urban legends attribute other BMW powerplants to this which is not correct. A lot of them do have a BMW emblem on, don't know if this was authorized or not.
