I meant the voice mailbox is full, or out of memory so the message says. I did send an email wanting to find out if I could still get in on that deal with the side tents. I also need rubber mats which are on the website, and the rear AC cover for a 2.1 type vanagon

I'm right here. But I don't seem to have received any emails from you. Our email mailbox should never be full, as it doesn't have a maximum allotment. Has anyone else ever gotten a message that our email mailbox was full? If so, please pmail me and I'll definitely look into it, as that should never happen. But I haven't had any other such complaints.

As for calls, I know the guys are on the phone nonstop all day long this time of year. In fact, when I try to call my own shop from home, sometimes it takes me a few tries! We only keep as many lines open as we have people to answer them, so if things get crazy you may get a busy signal. (We don't have one of those fancy put-you-on-hold-for-twenty-minutes-while-repeating-"please-hold-for-the- next-available-operator" thingies.) It's usually best to avoid mornings, or pretty much anytime on a Monday, as those are the busiest times. But again, it should be a busy signal, not an unanswered ring, unless we have a line down that I don't know about.

What do you need to know?
