 Actually, it's the AAA Plus program.  They should automatically offer
you that program.  If not, call the 800 number on your renewal
paperwork and ask them for the cost and details.  The program offers
you some additional benefits as well.  You might want to verify their
policy on Vanagons or SUV sized vehicles.  Recently I ran into a
situation with my auto-club(not AAA) attempting to deny me a tow
because of the GVW of the Vanagon.  I simply told the operator that
the computer was wrong on the weight and slipped the driver a $10 bill
and we had no problems whatsoever.  Still, better safe than sorry in
the middle of nowhere.  Do note, the AAA Plus program comes with an
additional fee.
