Nope. Wrong 5-lug bolt pattern -- 5 X 100mm. You need 5 X 112mm. Weight rating probably not right either. Sciroccos weight near a third less than Vanagons. Offset is close but but not close enough. Best to have as close to ET30 as possible. Centerbores are also wrong. Scirocco wheels are hubcentric. The holes are too small for Vanagons ro Syncros.

That said, anything can be made to fit to just about anything. But after you factor in cost of redrilling, reboring, spacers, and longer studs/bolts, those $150 set of Speedlines would not be a bargain anymore. Not only that, they would probably not be strong enough to survive duty under a Vanagon.
