I'm 54.

I've had countless beetles through the 60s and 70s. Bought my first bus (a 6v 58) for a hundred dollars late sixties. It was rusted out but I like the concept. Bought a really nice two-tone green splittie for $400 in 70. Traded it for a near-new fiat convertible. Stupid. Bought a 69 bus in 73 that I wish I still had. Bought my 90 vanagon new, came across my diesel westy last summer.

Of all the cars I've ever had, Simca, Opel, Ford, Renault, 911, MGA/B, TR4, Accords, I love the two I have now the best.

Jim
