so if i'm idealistic (but not youthful?) and identify the vanagon as a
vehicle of escape and freedom, having lived through the '60's (and
sometimes referred to as a 'holdover hippie')
AND
appreciate the german design and other more tangible aspects of my
machines ...


...that would explain the sparks that ofttimes are seen coming out my
butt??
