Dave, You may have to remove the muffler and cat converter to get at it with sufficient wrench power.

I have had good success loosening up difficult things by soaking it in Marvels Mystery Oil. Not the stuff you put in the oil or gas, although it may well be the same, but the real pure Marvels Mystery Oil. It is a really good penetrating oil. Soak that puppy for two or three days and then put the wrench to it. If that doesn't movr it, get some dry ice, and wrap an old towel around the thing with the dry ice next to the cat and the O2 sensor. Have your Bernzomatic torch handy as well as your wrenches. Whe you know that metal is as cold as the dry ice, light the torch, remove the ice and cover, and put the flame to the boss into which the O2 sensor screws. Apply wrench pressure at the same time in a loosening direction. The metal in the boss should expand more than the metal in the O2 sensor, at least for a couple of minutes, and that should give you sufficient time to get it broken free.

Good Luck.
