One is server and the other a programming language. Neither will build HTML and for many people are beyond 'easy' :)

I'd cruise on over to download.com (or one of the other download sites) and skim through the offerings. There are tons to choose from and prices ranging from free to scary. Read the comments and try a few out. Holler if you have any questions -- I think several people (including myself) do this kinda thing to pay the rent.
