As odd as this may sound: I use the parking area, not necessarily the asphalt lot itself, of a Holiday Inn just outside (S) of Kanab, UT on my way to no. AZ. I usually arrive around 2-3 a.m. and awake around 9 and am off. Sometimes I use their restaurant and other facilities for morning stuff as well. Never been bothered by them or the law. It's usually the noise of the guests coming out and leaving that awake me. Top popped up and all.
