Does  anyone know if any 88-91 Wolfsburg or Carat models had factory  pin
stripping above the "indented channel" running the length of the  body.  They
seam to be somehow graded from thin to thick.  I am  curious to know was this
may tell me if the van I am looking at has been  painted or not.  I just
don't recall this pin striping  before....
The 1990 Carat I just bought has the pin stripes  and no signs of a repaint.
