I thought I'd ping the list with this:


I currently have three people who are very interested in bringing in some
Vanagons from Germany (two Dokas and one Syncro Joker).  If we can bring the
number of vehicles up to 5, I can get a pretty good discount from the RI
(registered importer) I use.  We're still in the planning stages, but if
anyone is SERIOUS about joining in, please pmail me and I'll give you the
particulars.

BTW:  All of these vehicles will be legally imported into the USA through
the RI.  No worries about the Feds looking you up a few years down the road
because you illegally brought one in through Canada.
