I was about to suggest changing the coolant....on the other paw,
changing the oil and brake fluid aren't bad ideas. Check the condition
of the battery, after two years it may be of questionable value.
Windshield wipers may have dry rotted. Check to make sure the
windshield washer fluid is full (and that the lines work).

Brake pads are easy to check in the front. Shoes are more difficult to
check, but the majority of the wear is up front anyway.

Since you've an aircooled, check the condition of the heater box
cables. You don't really want heat this time of the year, so it would
suck if they are rusted open....

And check the condition of the belts on the engine. Depending on your
storage arrangements, you might want to do a look over for any chew
marks from rodents.

And, of course, check the air pressure in your tires AND spare.
