Hello Andrew; (or anybody else curious) I use a outfit called Doteasy (www.doteasy.com). They offer a free website, with no banner ads or popups ads. The free tier offers a reasonable bandwidth limit and email addresses. I can collect my webmail with a POP email client. The free tier offers no bells and whistles. Thats where they make their money, when the freeloaders decide they need extensions or whatever. I've used for several years with a couple of sites, and had no problems.
