OK, I know what is lost in your translation. The CLK alloys look like the old Vanagon hubcaps. The S-class wheels you are showing have a better appeal.

The CLK wheel is a FORGED wheel and stronger. You can install them w/o spacers and/or longer studs. The S class wheels will need spacers, long studs, and is cast.

Cast wheels are not as strong but manufaturers can be more creative with their designs. IOW, they're prettier. They are alos heavier and more prone to cracking in the event of a mishap. Most forged wheels will bend.

Yes, I have installed several sets of the CLK wheels on Vanagons. Yes, I have used S-class wheels on Vanagons too.
