Hey Mike, a quick question regarding the pilot bearing. The parts diagram shows the bearing in the end of the crankshaft and a seal also?

When I pulled my 2.1 down it had what looked like what was left of a pilot bearing in the flywheel center bore. Nothing should go in the flywheel correct?

Both bearing and felt seal go in the crank and the flywheel bore is clear right?

Thanks,

Doug

Don't forget to INSIST on the pilot bearing replacement. I have $1100 worth of experience on replacing pilot bearings that weren't replaced.
