I've come across a problem when trying to install the headlight relay's on my '86 Westy. The four un-used spare male spade terminals on the back of my fuse block DO NOT have 12 volts across them. There is nothing there, ignition off or on. Yes - my circuit tester works - I verified it with the battery posts. Any ideas why there is no power at the spare terminals? Maybe a simple fuse fix? Help? Andrew
