As for unofficial lists, these would be of dubious accuracy anyway, because conditions can change. Most Wal-Marts allow it, unless specifically prohibited by local ordinance.. but a couple of Wal-Marts have restrictions certain times of the year, and this is not always equally enforced. As stated in the original thread: your best bet is to look for signs, and if it not specifically prohibited by a sign, it's a-okay. Your best bet is to not head out on the road expecting there to be a free Wally World stay in your future, but instead to use it in the spirit it was intended to be used: to give RVers a place to stay rather than drive fatigued, and to encourage RVers to shop at Wal-Mart. |
