No, that is an early stove panel made without the toggle switch. It has a green power indicator LED in the center hole where later panels have a toggle switch. It also has the 2 lower left RED colored LEDS. The bottom one is to idicate water tank level too low and water pump disabled. Later models use the lowest left indicator for a green 'fridge lit' LED instead.
