Well, there was your first mistake. I got burned by them too. Being a newbie to the Vanagon, I had no idea that they required a light truck tire and went to Les Schwab. they had no trouble selling me some 60K mile tires that lasted only 20K before being bald on the outsides. By them I had moved away from Seattle and had no recourse.

I will never shop at Les Schwab again, and until that point I had bought every tire I ever owned there.
