Not over 200k, but I have 170k on the original engine on a 1980 Westy. Well, at least we THINK it's 170k: the odometer infrequently stops turning for no apparent reason, so it might be more. It's now leaking oil badly (about a quart every 1,000 miles), but still runs. It's about to get rebuilt. It still gets up the local mountain (Mount Wilson, near Los Angeles, elevation around 5,300 feet), can hold it's own on the freeway, and does great around town. Wouldn't drive the thing to Arizona for the weekend, however.
