Hi Jason ---- used to have the same problem and listee David Bierl (sp) gave me this solution. The most important thing is that your exhaust flue be perfectly aligned with the funny cover thing on the side of the van. You can align it with a broomstick or large dowel ---- this is the most important part. I also siliconed the covering baffle to the side of the van so that no air could get in that way ---- but I figure it was aligning the exhaust flue that did the trick. My fridge might blow out once a year now, and only in extreme conditions.
