You didn't mention if you had power or manual steering. I can periodically get new manual racks, and list them at http://busdepot.com/details.jsp?partnumber=251422061CX .

As for power steering racks, it's been several years since I last could get new ones (and even then they were very hard to come by). But for nearly 10 years we've been selling a U.S. rebuilt rack that has proven to be exceptionally high quality. In fact of all the ones we've sold over the years, the only defect I can ever recall was one that had a cracked boot on the end (which the rebuilder promptly replaced). I recommend these highly. They're just slightly more expensive than the cheapest ones I've seen, yet hold up as well as the much more expensive German rebuilts. Link: http://busdepot.com/details.jsp?partnumber=251422061CX
