Hi John: I could translate word for word but basically it states installation instructions for the ETKA 6.6 version followed by more instructions to install the prices. There is something about the 19% VAT tax that you can change in the ini file. I get the impression that there is ETKA 6.6 CD is floating around the European VW community. Unless you have a newer VW why would you want to upgrade?
