I've never had trouble passing someone going 90 in a 100 zone on a straightaway, even in my 'unsafe' van. Not sure why you're having that problem. You can't possibly be trying to excuse violent assaults by blaming the victim. You don't own the road, you share the road. Take an anger management class and chill out. Going slower is safer than going faster. It's that simple.
