I bet this has been discussed before but....

I have 185 x 14 6 ply on my van.  I need 2 new tires only but tires I have
are discontinued.  Any idea where I can get some tires in California.  Also
is it best to put the 2 new tires on front or back.
Also looking for most reasonable tires.  Thanks

Should I also be looking for a particular rating or just 6 ply?
