hey all, i know it is late in the season for this but today i bought a blackcat from a local sportng goods store because it was half price. so my questions are this: how safe are they for our vans? i have dogs and kids so i do not want to keep it on the floor, where is the best spot for it? i put it on the closed lid of the stove and within 10 minutes the curtain track/ shelf was really hot to the tough. is this safe or what? coleman says it burns less then the smoldering point of most falmmables but this is not specific enough for me, what about carpet, seats, poptop canvas, sleeping bags etc...? BTW, it is still cold enough to need these in western montana jason 87 syncro westy
