<If I recall correctly, the "four seater" designation gave Subaru some kind <of import or tax break. Two of the 'four" seats were actually just plastic <shells mounted backwards in the bed of the truck.

They were fun though. They actually had "handlebars" with Oakley style grips on them. Though I don't recall any factory seatbelts back there.
