I generally feel that wiping my arse increases the time to defecate so I have the following procedure.... 1. Wipe twice 2. Scratch Bumm 3. Yawn and Burp 4. Wipe again....

Damn Derek, awfully complicated procedure for reviewing the list. Obviously, it meets your needs so rock on. IMHO you probably miss many of the more interesting offbeat items that make the list worthwhile. I find the serendipitous meanderings to be somewhat off-topic on occasion but take me in directions that I wouldn't have found using only the standard route. If the only way to travel between NORCAL and SOCAL was the 5 than life would be pretty boring. I enjoy immensely the 15-20 minutes daily I spend reviewing the accumulated digests. :)

But then, your filters probably got this email and you'll never see it either.
