I am getting ready to install a CD player in my 1982 Westy.  What are the largest speakers I can easily fit in the stock locations.  I have AC in the back, and have already run new speaker cable to the back.  Has anyone put larger speakers back there?  How about in the doors?  It looks like larger speakers would interfere with the window winder arms.
