You ca calculate the theoretical diameter of any tire/wheels setup; however, it's best to use a website like tirerack.com to get some specific tire dimensions.

Your previous tires had a width of 23.5 cm with an aspect ratio of 60, so the sidewall height was 23.5 * .6 = 14.1 cm which is (14.1 / 2.54) 5.6'' rounded. (5.6 * 2) + 15'' = 26.2 in diameter of your previous set up. Coincidentally, your new set up would be (22.5 *.7 / 2.54 *2) + 15 = 27.4'' in diameter. This puts it awfully close to my tires which are 26.9'' in diameter (27x8.5 14 size). Believe it or not, this larger diameter corrects my spedometer error and makes little percievable difference in the van's acceleration.

Keep in mind that actual diameter will vary and you should check the actual manufacturer's specifications.
