I saw a Sprinter(Dodge badged) in Manassas, VA at the Bull Run campground. The owner had purchased it bare and was building their own interior.

There was LOTS of room inside. They said it rode pretty good and got 25mpg.

I got a tour of one (in Europe, they are called the "James Cook Sprinter") about 3 years ago. The interior layout makes more sense than anything else in it's class I've ever seen. I called some Airstream dealers and got a price quote of over $78,000----ouch. Since the basic van costs about $30,000, I was wondering how difficult it would be to put the insides of a Westy into a new Sprinter. Anyone care to comment on the problems that would need to be overcome? Lee Kouns
