Instead of using a channel lock plier, I have used a strap wrenche to rotate the sleeve and with the help of a small screwdriver in the spacer sleeve notch , I succeed to pull it out. Now my ignition key is working the way it should. I have noticed on my old ignition switch "Made in Brazil". It means I was not the first one to replace it. The procedure is not too bad when you know which tool to use.
