Hi,


i chose to use synthetic in my I4 conversion. I reasoned that the
engine would be working harder and probably hotter in the van compared
to the Jetta it came from. I change the oil and filter 3 times a year.
The engine has now been pushing the brick 10 years and 115K +  miles.
