I installed from scratch, an Espar, Airtronic D2 furnace in my Westy about three years ago. Wonderful warn to real hot, forced air heat. Very low fuel consumption and battery draw is reasonable. A 55 Ah deep-cycle battery will last about 2-3 days, dependent on all the variables.. temperature, how warm you want the Van... etc.
