I think I got one of these at Harbor Freight for a quarter... and look! These guys even provided a link to the instructions! Mine are grey, unfortunately- I like the yellow ones better. : )

Ironically, I was looking for something like this (the metric hardware, not the yellow calipers) myself, and was just talking to a guy in town about it today. So, thanks for the link... and the chuckle.
