Porsche 911s in the late 60s and early 70s had a dual battery setup. I had a '72 911 for 20 years. ------------ reply -------------- That brings back memories. I had a rust free 1969 911E for a long while. Completely stock and unmolested, no modifications. Mechanical fuel injection, factory fog lights. That is the only car I wish I still had. All the others I can live without, but that 911 was different. Regards, Gary Lee Calgary, Canada 403 272-7284 http://www.telusplanet.net/public/gary2a/vw.htm |
