The cats are the same except that on the 2.1L  the 02 sensor threaded
into the cat, so it had a threaded port for it. Some aftermarket
manufacturers have replaced both with a single version that simply comes
with a bolt to thread into the hole if you have a 1.9L and don't need
the 02 sensor port.
