Thanks for the response, George (and Eric, and Joel Walker). This is of particular interest to me because my engine died due to pre-ignition. Now, there were too many variables to say it was one specific thing, but when Bob finishes rebuilding it, i'll be sure to start with a "colder" plug, just to be safe...
