Of course it's impossible to say without seeing the van, but as a rule I'd say that's a very nice price - assuming of course that it's in good condition and you don't have to dump a lot of money into it. The '85 is an undervalued year, in that it has all the same "GL" ammenities as the '86-up models (cloth interior, armrests, tach, usually air conditioning), but tends to sell for quite a bit less due to its 1.9L engine.
