Bob, We just cleared 1,000 miles on the syncro transmission that Daryl built for our 87 Westy Syncro and we love it. After speaking with Daryl about our vehicle and where/how it is used we went with the higher 3rd & 4th gear ratios. It's great to be able to cruise at 70mph and have the tach read under 3500rpm. Hang in there, you will be up and running again in no time.
