The wheel manufacturer should provide the tensile strength of the base metal and possibly the initiations of the wheels. I've seen lots of buyer beware no name made in China wheels recently. Some were for Cars, Trucks and others for ATVs and they offered no specifications on the wheels and they didn't have any manufacturers name or brand name on them or the cartons. You should probably just concentrate on buying a Quality US or Euro brand name and then make sure that they are warranted by a US Company.
