I have for sale a Thule roof rack for vanagons (non-westy type).  The rack is brand new and has never been used although I originally purchased it in the Fall of 2001.  The rack includes two 64" bars, four locking knobs, keys and four 8" high feet.  I am asking $200.00 for the rack and will include shipping via USPS within the continental US.
