I have a few here for $100 each.  If you have an automatic you might
want to clean and lube your throttle linkage by the side of the
automatic transmission.  Many times this is the source of the sticky
throttle with the Automatics.

Does anyone have a good used Throttle Valve Housing and Throttle valve
switch for an '86 Vanagon GL?

I am not 100% sure I want to buy it, I can always continue to give the
gas pedal a quick push to bring the valve back, but I figured I would
check and see what is out there and how much it costs. A new one
certainly doesn't fit the budget, but perhaps a used does.
