After an interesting experience with the Tracfone (I bought it for the move from MN, after we got to WA I called to change the number, they turned the phone off THEN told me to mail it to Miami) I ended up using Virgin. http://www.virginmobileusa.com/ It's 25 cents a min for the first 10 min a day then 10 cents a min. That is lot's cheaper than the Tracfone.
