Could be a problem with the hydraulics or something mechanical. The fluid in the clutch cylinder should be bleed and changed as often as you would for the brakes. Dennis

I've just started noticing that if I start my van when cold, in gear, with clutch engaged, that ther is a small jolt forward as if the clutch was not fully engaged. Is this just a pedal throw adjustment, or more likely something with the hydraulics? Also, I was wondering if most of you flush & bleed your clutch system like we do routinely with our brakes.
