Do you folks remember the great mythical Lilley engine that outruns Subaru-converted Vanagons and leaps small Porsches in a single bound? I saved the specs Robert Lilley emailed me and cherished them for a long time, but a hard drive crash denied me the .pst file with my emails so now they are lost. Does any one have those specs handy? Robert, are you listening? I have been saving a 2.1L WBX I bought from Matthew Pollard for a while, and it looks like I'll finally be able to tear it down and begin the rebuild process soon (August) with some mild modifications inspired by "Lilley-spec". I'll document to process in pics, of course and share them with you for the inevitable diagnosis, scrutiny, over-analysis and flamage.
