Subject: A/C Compressor - generic?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I was wondering if qanyone had used a generic A/C compressor or if there were alternatives to the expensive and hard to find vanagon compressor.

I missed a used one on Ebay for $40 and I am kciking myself.

What about rebuilds?

My belt is not connected and I cannot even budge the pully by hand. I assume its froze up. It was like that when I bought it....

My wife won't travel unless I fix it and we can't afford it. Help my westy see the open road again, he looks so sad.
