Where are you located and what is shipping to zip 92007. What do you charge for re-keying?

The van it will go on is pretty beat up so the door handle does not have to be pristine.

Please give me a ball park price for a decent but not pristine handle, and your shipping charges. Also your cost for rekeying if we can find a spare key.

William
