Subject: Re: Tires...

I put the Yokohama 356 on my Westy original steel wheels this spring. I went with the LT195/75R-14 Yokohama Y356 D, instead of the 185 that Tire Rack recommends. My Westy had regular car tires before so it was quite loose. I am satisfied with the Yokohama 356, they are not noisy, and feel tight on the road, and a heck of a lot safer than what the previouse owner had put on, which had severely cracked sidewalls! They look a little taller then my previouse tires but also look a little narrower, but the overall look is OK.
