Hi everyone,

Over 99% of the time, attachments are stripped by Gerry (our list server).

There are some documented cases where attachments will come through the list server, especially if the MIME-type reported by the sender is incorrect.

They typically get converted to text, which makes them harmless (unless you reverse the conversion).

From your Vanagon list admin, TomC

(snip)I am suprised that any attachment at all passed through Gerry's attachment stripper.
